CP-3

The CP-3 is a high speed component placer which is capable of placing 6.5 components per second.

It can process PCBs with dimensions ranging from 475x356mm (maximum) to 80x50mm (minimum).

It has a placing accuracy of +-0.1mm (using fiducial marks).

Arbarr has three CP-3s at its disposal.

IP-2

The IP-2 is a dual head component placer. It can place a wide range of parts - from extremely small chips to large components.

PCBs ranging from 457 x 356mm (max) to 80 x 50mm (min) can be processed.

Depending on the component shape and orientation it can place at a rate of 0.4 sec/shot (minimum) to 4 sec/shot (maximum).

Components up to 54 x 54 mm in size can be placed.

Placing accuracy of +-0.05 for 4-sided 48+ leads on each side +-0.01 for other parts (using fiducial marks).

Arbarr has one IP-2 at its disposal.

There is also a HEEB HE-50 Twin, pick and place machine for low volume/prototyping purposes (shown below).

Reflow Oven

Arbarr has three reflow ovens, two of which (CONCEPTRONIC 60 and BTU) are in-line with the automated production line, similar to that shown above.

A smaller JEM 510 oven is also used for low volume/prototyping purposes.

Arbarr has two wave flow ovens for the conventional lines. A SOLTEC wave flow machine and a EUROPAK II wave flow oven by Electrovert.

Other Equipment includes MPM Stencil Printer, and MNC Input and MUC Output Magazine terminals for the high speed lines.

There are also various meters, power supplies, function generators, CROs, soldering and de-soldering apparatus used in testing and reworking.
